What is the "Desert Island Top Ten"?

An experience in variety... What happens if you HAVE to choose only ten audio titles from your collection? How does your taste compare...? Let's see...

You have been exiled by "The Government" to spend the remainder of your days on a small heretofore unknown Pacific island (for whatever reason...you know what you did!) Not wanting to be “completely heartless”, The Government has agreed to provide you with a Music player (MP3 , or whatever music player you want) and a Bluetooth speaker so that you may at least listen to some music. (okay...earbuds, too if you want, but you are on a desert island, so who would you be bothering?) They allow you to choose any ten (10) titles from your current recorded audio collection. (They have agreed to digitize any tapes, (cassette, 8-track or DAT), or vinyl albums). Now you have to pick any ten.

*Note: Yes, I know that with MP3s you can put multiple volumes on 1 thumb drive, CD or DVD, but we are using 10 album projects as a way to put some kind of parameter on this exercise. And these are whole albums, Not Just 10 songs you like. Follow the rules, people!

Greatest hits” albums, movie soundtracks and compilations are allowed (and count as 1 selection) as are (album/cassette/cd) box sets, as long as they are not your personal customized greatest hits album, i.e. it must be a registered album title).
